Additional costs

 

Initial registration fee of £150

***Host family accommodation (per day)***

Emergency (less than 3 days notice) - £55

Pre-planned - £50

Payment is required in full prior to the start of any pre-planned hosting.

Christmas supplement of £200 (if staying with a host over the Christmas period)

 

***As some of these services involve external partners and host families, additional costs may apply.***

 

If your child is not registered with East Coast Guardians but requires hosting for anything pre-planned or emergency the fee will be charged at £60.00 per day.

 

***If your child is excluded from school due to their behaviour, the guardianship cost is non-refundable***

 

Please Note:
Guardianship Fee covers term time only. Not Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays.
